About

Alexander is a Senior Associate Attorney and an experienced criminal attorney who is driven to advocate for marginalized people and defend their most basic human rights.

Alexander grew up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and after graduating high school he enlisted in the United States Army – Active Duty for five years.  After completing his military service, Alexander attended University of Minnesota – Twin Cities and earned his undergraduate degree in History. He then went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. While in Law School, Alexander interned at the Public Defender’s Office and managed a full case load.

Before entering private practice, Alexander was an Assistant District Attorney in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin. He has handled hundreds of criminal cases in his career. As a former criminal prosecutor, Alexander understands both sides of a criminal prosecution and has special insight into the methods and procedures utilized by law enforcement and the inner-working of District Attorney Offices.

Alexander has litigated bench trials and jury trials. He has also litigated hundreds of legal challenges and has negotiated hundreds of criminal cases through the plea-bargaining process.
