Vincent Hein is a Senior Associate Attorney at Russell Law Offices, S.C. Vincent’s law practice focuses on elder law, estate planning, special needs planning, nursing home protection planning, disability, business law, as well as trust and estate administration and trust and estate litigation.
Vincent earned his undergraduate degree in English and Philosophy from the University of Wisconsin and his JD/MBA from Marquette University. Prior to law school, Vincent worked as a financial advisor and English teacher. Vincent was also co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of a startup that sold to one of the largest online estate planning startups in the country.
Vincent was on the board of directors and was the articles editor for the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) Journal and is a current Wisconsin NAELA member. Vincent has drafted hundreds of revocable, irrevocable, and special needs trusts, wills, and powers of attorney. Vincent has also litigated over 250 disability cases, along with probate and trust disputes as well as will contests.
Vincent lives in Middleton with his wife, two children, and two dogs.
Vincent is a board member for Creative Community Living Solutions, a non-profit focused on independent living for those with disabilities that has over $20,000,000 in annual revenue and a large footprint throughout the state of Wisconsin.
Vincent is a board member for Hope Closet, a non-profit focused on helping those struggling with independence and housing, helping them to acquire the shelter and goods that are not otherwise provided by the state of Wisconsin or other non-profits.
